This Terms and Conditions agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Rosibee ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the rosibee.com website (the "Site") and the related services (the "Services").

Shortening uniform resource locators (URLs).
Creating and managing bio profile pages.
Generating and tracking QR codes.
Creating marketing campaigns with advanced targeting (geotargeting, device targeting).
Analyzing click and scan data.
Other related features as described on our Site.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are solely responsible for all links you shorten, content on your bio profiles, and data encoded in QR codes ("User Content").
Prohibited activities and content include, but are not limited to:
3.1. Illegal Content: Content that violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
3.2. Malicious Software: Distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful or malicious code.
3.3. Phishing & Fraud: Engaging in phishing or creating pages that impersonate another person or entity for fraudulent purposes.
3.4. Spam & Unsolicited Communications: Promoting and distributing spam, chain letters, or unsolicited mass mailings.
3.5. Infringing Content: Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent) of others.
3.6. Abusive & Harmful Content: Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, promotes violence, or incites hatred against individuals or groups.
3.7. Network Abuse: Engaging in activities that disrupt, interfere with, or place an undue burden on the Services or any networks connected to the Services.
3.8. Scraping & Bots: Scraping, crawling, or using any automated means to access or collect data from our Services without our express written permission.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, filter, and remove any User Content or suspend/terminate your access to the Services for any violation of this Acceptable Use policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Our Rights: The Site, Services, and all included content (except your User Content), including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Rosibee and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2. Your Rights: You retain all ownership rights to the original URLs and content you submit to our Services. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, and publicly perform your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
5. Payment and Subscription Terms (For Premium Services)
5.1. Fees: You agree to pay all fees for premium Services ("Fees") as described on the Site in accordance with the terms therein.
5.2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
5.3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.4. Refunds: Fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
5.5. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription Fees at any time. We will provide you with notice of any price changes.
6. Team Feature
If you use the team feature:
6.1. You are responsible for the actions of any team members you invite.
6.2. You must ensure that any team member complies with this Agreement.
7. Termination
7.1. By You: You may stop using our Services and terminate your account at any time.
7.2. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ROSIBEE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROSIBEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
(B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR
(C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rosibee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third-party right; or (iv) any User Content you submit.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
